Once Payment is cleared, your order will be sent within 24 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent following dispatch along with a tracking number, allowing you to check on the status of your order. 

Delivery is available worldwide.

To determine shipping costs, add the items you wish to buy to your cart, select your country and click 'update total'.

What forms of PayPal do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you live in New Zealand and wish to pay via bank deposit please contact us via the contact page to arrange payment.

When will my order arrive?
All order can be checked via the NZ Post Tracking Website using your tracking number. For New Zealand orders, if after 7 working days you have not received your order, please let us know. We will do all we can to track down and ensure you receive what you payed for. Please note international orders can take up to two weeks.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please make contact with your concerns. Damaged or defective items must be returned in the condition you received it. A full refund will be given.

How do refunds work?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card or bank account used in your purchase. We will do everything possible to refund ASAP and you will be notified of your refund by email.
